I've always been very patriotic and proud of my Czech origin, therefore the urge to share our culture, history and lifestyle was a bit of a drive behind anything I've been doing since I moved here back in the early 2000's.
Also hailing from Karlovy Vary - a town well known in the Czech Republic for it's prestigious International Film Festival - and loving good quality movies, just sparked the idea of organising a small, rather intimate Czech Film Festival for anyone interested in some European style culture here in Queeenstown.
So here we are - wish us luck for the years to come - and just enjoy the Czech silver screen stars!
